On the 28th August 1904, at St. Lawrence and Holy Cross, Waltham Abbey, Essex, 27 year old William married Gertrude Mabel Turner, born August 1881, Aveley, Essex – daughter of George Turner, a baker and Elizabeth Turner, of Essex.

 

Gertrude and William had two children:

Phyllis Gertrude Moss, born July 1905, Ipswich.

Colin William Moss, born April 1914, Ipswich.
