Died: 30th April 1941; Age: 27; of Cachexia, Cerebral Abscess and right side Hemiplegia, at St. Bartholomew’s Hill End Hospital, St. Albans, Hertfordshire.

Residence: 62, Windsor Road, Ipswich.

Employed as a Representative – Wholesales Grocers.

They had 1 daughter.

John was a Buyer’s Assistant. He and Ivy were living at 62, Windsor Road, Ipswich.
