Died: 16th January 1921; age: 48; of Chronic Nephritis & Bronchitis & Heart Failure, at the East Suffolk Hospital, Ipswich. His wife Kate was at his bedside.

Residence: 52, Gibson Street, Ipswich.

Occupation: a Marine Store Dealer.

First Enlistment Location: Ipswich; Date: 23rd March 1903; age: 27; Occupation: a Hawker; Religion: CofE. Height: 5ft 4ins, pale complexion, brown eyes & brown hair.
