Born: 25th June 1912, Ipswich.

Died: 18th May 1944; age: 31; of Respiratory Failure and Encephalitis – possibly following primary vaccinations 16 days before, at R.A.F. Hospital, Quarrington, Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

Residence: 24, Levington Road, Ipswich.

Employed: with Ransome, Sims & Jefferies, Ipswich.

 

Rank: Aircraftman Second Class; Service Number: 1883844.

Regiment: Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve.
