Regiment: Royal Artillery 135 (The Hertfordshire Yeomanry) Field Regiment.

 

Originally buried at Changi Cemetery, grave B.AB.24. Body later exhumed, identified and re-buried 18th April 1946 at Kranji War Cemetery.
