Died: 22nd August 1918; age 20; KiA.

The body was exhumed in September 1923 from Bucquoy Communal Cemetery, identified by a standard cross on the grave, clothing, numerals, boots, Cpl. Chervons (332 on boots), and reburied.

On Robert’s birth certificate, his mother, Annie (born 1870, Ipswich) recorded that her surname was Wymer (nee Baker), and recorded Percy’s father as Robert James Wymer, a bricklayer’s labourer.
