Harry’s mother, Mary Ann Bays (nee Bacon), born 1830, Holbrook, Suffolk – died 1868, Ipswich. His father, Samuel Bays died 1893, Ipswich.


In 1911, Harry’s wife, Elizabeth was the Housekeeper at the home of 60 year old, widower John Bloomfield and his sons. Harry & Elizabeth’s 13 year old son, Bertie was also living at the house – 120, Myrtle Road, Ipswich.


In 1888, Harry married Elizabeth Podd, born 1864, Ipswich. They had 1 son:
