Harry’s mother Mary Biscoe died, 1912, Chelsea, Middlesex.


On the 16th August 1906, at the Register Officer, St. George Hanover Square, London, Harry married, Arabella Elizabeth Leverick, born 1883, Akenham, Suffolk.

They had 4 children:

Mabel Dorothy May Biscoe, March 1907, 2, Winchester Street, Pimlico.

Doris Rose Biscoe, born May 1908, 84, Glamorgan Street, Pimlico.

Alice Mary Shelia Lydia Biscoe, born February 1911, 84, Glamorgan Street, Pimlico.

Harry James Biscoe, born September 1913, 84, Glamorgan Street, Pimlico.


Harry’s brother Arthur Alfred Biscoe, was KiA on the 6th July 1915. Arthur was a Corporal, in The Rifle Brigade, 1st Battalion. He is also buried at Ypres (Menin Gate) Memorial, West Vlaanderen, Belgium – both Arthur & Harry are remembered on the same panel – 46-48 & 50.
