Born: 15th January 1914, Ipswich.
Died: 5th November 1941; age: 27; died from injuries received when the Army vehicle in which he was riding on duty accidentally overturned there on that day, at Duke’s Ride, Elveden, West Suffolk.
Inquest held on the 7th November 1941.
Residence: Essex.
Stationed at Elveden, West Suffolk.
Rank: Corporal; Service Number: 552750.
Regiment: Royal Armoured Corps, Headquarters Squadron, 20th Armoured Brigade.
Formerly 3rd Hussars – Royal Armoured Corps.

Ipswich.
Relatives Notified & Address: Son of Walter & Alice H. Warren, of 2, Devonshire Road, Ipswich; husband of Irene May Warren, of Ipswich.
Father: Walter Warren, born February 1883, Ipswich. A General Labourer – Engineer’s.
Mother: Alice Harriet Warren (nee Chaplin), born June 1884, Ipswich.
On the 13th August 1939, Ipswich, George married Irene May Hiskey, born October 1920, Ipswich – daughter of Patrick John Hiskey, a fireman – refuse destruction, and Lily Beatrice Hiskey (nee Burch), of 19, Kelly Road, Ipswich.
Irene and George had one son:
Michael George Warren, born 21st September 1941, Ipswich.
Patrick John Hiskey’s older brother ERNEST HISKEY was killed in action in March 1918, France.
