Born: 4th November 1914, Wimbledon, Surrey.

Baptised: 11th January 1915, at St. Michael & All Angels, Bedford Park, Hounslow, West London. Address: Leewood, Burghley Road, Wimbledon, Surrey.

Died: Found dead on the 25th May 1942 at Croydon Aerodrome, Purley Way, Croydon, Surrey; age 27; Died from a rupture of the heart caused by the crashing of an aeroplane of which he was pilot.

There is not sufficent evidence to show the cause of the crash nor whether he died by misadventure or otherwise. P.M.

Inquest held 29th May, 1942.
