Joined up when war broke out – Suffolk Cyclists. Received his commission in October, 1915, in the Northern Cyclists.

Date of Entry Therein: October 1916.

 

Rank: 2nd Lieutenant

Regiment: Northern Cyclist Battalion, 2nd/1st attached. 1st/8th Battalion. London Regiment (Post Office Rifles).
