Hello to all the Chittock family, my name is Chris Colton,In my family tree I have, Frederick Edgar Chittock, who’s parents are Edgar and Emma, and Edgar’s father was Charles C Chittock, and mother Susan Stearn, Charle’s was younger bother to Jacob Chittock who is my 2x great grandfather.
Jacob Chittock, 1819-1906, married Susan Barnard 1841, Mickfield, their daughter was Elizabeth,
b. 1843, they moved to East London a few years before 1860, Elizabeth Chittock married Hugh Henry Hill in 1860 she was 17 and he was 21, a Cooper in London Dock’s, and lived in Bethnal Green.
their daughter was Susanna Hill, 1873 – 1936 she mar Herbert J Kimpton 1895, my grandparents.
