Died: 30th March 1918; age 47; died of Aortic Regurgitation, at 47, Dillwyn Street, Ipswich.

Frederick’s widow, Ellen Chambers, of 47, Dillwyn Street, was present at the death.

Residence: 47, Dillwyn Street, Ipswich.

Occupation: a Blacksmith’s Striker – Foundry.

Violet May Chambers, born May 1917, Ipswich.
