Born: 23rd August 1918, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
Died: 8th November 1941; age 23 years, 2 months & 15 days; KiA over own base at Martlesham Heath, Suffolk.
Residence: 1679, Highland Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
Employed: Canadian Bank of Commerce – entered the service of the bank 2nd May 1938. Served at Niagara Falls Centre, Fort Erie & Thorold, Ontario.
Enlistment Location: Niagara Falls Centre; Date: 31st August 1940.
Trained at Dunnville, Ontario and St. Thomas, London. Went overseas April 1941 – attached R.A.F. Served with 411 Squadron on coastal patrol, and then Wolf Squadron flying Spitfire fighters.
Sergeant Pilot – 22nd April 1941.
Flight Sergeant – 1st November 1941.
Rank: Flight Sergeant/ Pilot; Service Number: R/66182.
Regiment: Royal Canadian Air Force, 403 (Wolf) Squadron.
Buried 12th November 1941 with full military honours.
