Died: 31st May 1916; Age: 38; MPK. Killed in action (Battle of Jutland).

Enlistment Details: Chatham, Kent; Occupation: Seaman. Signed up for 12 years on the 10th June 1898. Height: 5ft 3ins, fresh complexion, blue eyes & brown hair. Tattoo of an anchor on left forearm, scar on right hand.
