Born: 28th August 1892, Ipswich.

Died: 8th November 1917; age 25; Accidently Drowned at Dunkerque whilst serving on board H.M.S. ‘Botha.’

Occupation: Bricklayer.

Enlistment: Chatham. Height 5ft 7 ins, fresh complexion, grey/brown eyes & brown hair. Scar left forearm. Signed up for 12 years on the 28th August 1910.
