Died: 29th December 1899; age: 26; Died of Dysentery, at Ladysmith, KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.

Residence: Kirkley, Suffolk.

 

Rank: Private; Service Record: 4479.

Regiment: 19th Hussars (Princess of Wales’s Own), Natal Field Force.

 

Clasp Awarded: Defence of Ladysmith.
