On Christmas Day, 1888, at The Church of the Holy Redeemer, Exmouth Market, Clerkenwell, Middlesex, 19 year old Edward, a Machinist, of 2, Fletcher’s Row, married 23 year old, Elizabeth Chiles, of 205, Farringdon Street Buildings, Clerkenwell (born 1865, Bloomsbury, London). They had 9 children:
