Died: 9th June 1944; age: 36; of General embolus due to a lung abscess due to chronic bronchitis, at Market Stainton, East Lindsey, Lincolnshire.

In 1935, Ipswich, Cyril married Ida Monica Scott, born April 1908, Stonham Parva, Suffolk. They had 1 daughter.

 

Cyril’s brother, Henry Oliver Dulgarn became a landscape painter in oil and had a least five solo exhibitions at the Corn Exchange, Ipswich.
