Died: 12th December 1917; age: 40; Committed Suicide at Dover, Kent.

Enlistment Details: Date: 8th December 1914 – for hostilities; Occupation: Carpenter/Joiner. Height: 5ft 7 1/2ins, fresh complexion, grey eyes and brown hair.

Rank: Petty Officer Mechanic; Service Number: F.2606.

Regiment: Royal Naval Air Station Dunkerque.
