I was only 3 years old when my father passed away, I was born 27th June 1944 and my sister is Mary Ann Christine Freeman was born 14 August 1946.

Nanny Freeman told me that dad only had one eye, granddad was trying to shoot pigeons in the backyard when dad ran out as granddad fired and shoot him in the eye. Dad was also a good tap dancer, he wore the lino out in the living room, he used to dance when great granddad Burrows came and played the fiddle.
