Died: 28th July 1921; age 23; Died of Pulmonary Phthisis – Mustard Gas Poisoning.

Residence: 100, Myrtle Road, Ipswich.

Enlistment Details: Location: Ipswich; Date: 3rd June 1916; Age 18 years; Occupation: Carpenter. Height: 5ft 5ins.

 

Offence:17th May 1918 – When on active service – neglecting to obey orders – riding in shorts – riding on Pack Horse.

 

Discharged: Physically Unfit – 16th August 1919 – age 21 years – served 3 years & 75 days.

 

Rank: Driver; Service Number: 208550; Regiment: Royal Field Artillery.
