Died: 26th September 1917; age 37; KiA.

Residence: Warrington House, St. Helen’s Street, Ipswich.

Occupied the Office of Sword Bearer at St. Luke’s Lodge, Ipswich.

Enlistment Location: Ipswich.

Frederic had been seven years previously with the R.G.A., and volunteered for service in 1914, going out to France in September.
