Ernest is also remembered by Ransomes, Sims & Jefferies with entrance gates, dedicated in May 1958, at Ransomes Sports’ Centre, Sidegate Avenue, Ipswich.

 

H.M.S. ‘Medway’ – Between June 1941 – April 1942 was on deployment at Alexandria for support of 1st Submarine Flotilla.
