Based at Royal Air Force Aerodrome, Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire.

Mother: Edith Maud Sheppard (nee Gayfer), born 1898, Ipswich.

 

Death Certificate:

Fracture of the base of the skull sustained when riding a motor cycle on the London Road, Bourton-on-the-Hill, Gloucestershire. He accidentally collided with cattle on the highway.

No Post Mortem.

Inquest held on the 25th July & 1st August 1941.
